As the COVID-19 outbreak continues, we understand that many of you have questions and concerns about your care and safety. SCKE-Odyssey Medical group remains committed to providing you service in a safe and protected environment. With that in mind, we want to keep you all informed of the precautions and temporary service adjustments we have implemented to ensure that our patients still receive care in a secure environment. Patient care and safety is our utmost priority and while SCKE-Odyssey Medical Group remains open from Monday through Saturday under the CDC and California State guidelines, we have made the following service modifications:

Patients must come alone unless they require a caregiver

All persons (including physicians and staff) entering the premises are greeted by trained personnel and screened prior to entering:

Pertinent Questionnaire regarding exposure and symptoms

Temperature is taken

All providers, staff, patients and visitors are required to wear masks

Chairs are spaced out in accordance to CDC guidelines and to avoid crowded waiting rooms. We also limit the number of people waiting in the waiting room.

You may wait in your car if you choose and we will give you a call once a room is ready for you in order to minimize contact with others

We are not currently seeing patients who have COVID-19 or are symptomatic

The staff are triple checking every patient

Follow-up appointments through telehealth are available
We at SCKE-Odyssey are committed to maintaining the safest of environments are exceeding the recommended guidelines:

Changing into new gloves upon handling every patient

Always wearing masks
-
Continuous sanitation of all equipment and surfaces throughout SCKE-Odyssey

Frequent hand washing for minimum of 20 seconds

Signs indicating to remain 6 feet of one another as well as reminders to wash hands and wear mask
